Things are moving FULL steam ahead with completion of the fiber placement along Hwy 178 to the Eagle Point tower location, Chetek, Bloomer and all but a few more feet in Cameron.
We have one crew that began work towards Shell Lake and the plow crew is headed there next. We expect another crew coming in mid-September that will begin work in Spooner.
The tower bid for three towers was awarded to Pieper Electric Inc out of Waukesha, WI. Construction of the towers cannot begin until we are free to work in Eau Claire County but all ordering of materials and other has already begun. Other towers are out on bid now.
