Superior Hosts Community-Wide Technology Event

Free food, prizes at hands-on community technology fair

Attention: Superior, Wisconsin! All Superior and surrounding area community members are invited to the first ever  “Community Tech Fusion”
event on January 26, from 4-7PM, hosted by Cooper Elementary School.

At this public learning event, community members will have a chance to try e-readers,  search for jobs online, cybersafety (for adults and kids),  learn about online banking, use Skype (with Mayor Bruce Hagen),  visit online learning sites from local educational institutions, as well as much more at this free, hands-on tech fair. Presentations, booths, and “try-it” learning will be the menu of the evening!

This evening event is FREE to the community of Superior and the surrounding areas!

The Superior School District supports the use of technology in classrooms, and will showcase its new teacher web pages and resources. All kinds of fun information will be provided, as well as tickets to win more technology,  as participants rotate through various areas of the school to presentations and booths.

At 6PM, the Community Chili Challenge Cook off will be held, possibly pitting school versus school!

This event is open to the entire Superior community and surrounding areas!
